Sprouts are a known source of foodborne illness. To reduce the risk of getting sick from sprouts, sprouts should be cooked before consumption, and people should request that raw sprouts not be added to food. Ageros (CC’96) is an observational astronomer whose research focus involves using new datasets and technologies to address classic questions in stellar astrophysics, such as searching for isolated neutron stars.
